Roadmap

A public boundary between what runs now, what is being engineered, and what still requires capital, security review, and on-chain deployment.

Delivery map

Proof before claims.

The sequence follows the actual trust boundary: measure locally, issue authenticated work, verify independently, fund liabilities, then settle. A token launch does not move an unfinished verifier or treasury into the shipped column.

Browser instrument

  • WebGPU and WebGL2 capability paths
  • Compute, memory, render, matrix, and inference runs
  • Local history, CSV export, and persistent wallet session
  • Global Runs interface and public dataset schema
  • Private Vercel event store with public read APIs
Building

Coordinator boundary

  • Signed short-lived leases with committed inputs
  • Verifier replay, hidden challenges, and rejection reasons
  • Authenticated job intake and private payload storage
  • NVIDIA-only reserve accounting and price policy
  • Reproducible six-hour epoch calculation
Planned

Solana settlement

  • Audited treasury vault and claim program
  • Merkle vouchers with duplicate-claim prevention
  • Multisig configuration and incident controls
  • Funded inference and render buyer APIs
  • Open verification dataset and sponsor SDK
Later

Controlled network

  • Operator reputation and workload specialization
  • Expanded deterministic kernel suite
  • Independent root reproduction
  • Measured pricing based on real workload demand
  • Broader access after security and solvency review

Data layer

Durable now. Relational next.

Current submissions are written as private immutable events, while only verified and redacted records can reach public APIs. A relational schema for leases, jobs, runs, epochs, vouchers, and treasury events is prepared for the coordinator phase.

Status policy

"Shipped" means code is available in the deployed product. It does not imply independent verification, on-chain settlement, funded NVIDIA rewards, a live token, production security, or guaranteed availability.
